Chris Lacy, the developer behind the popular Android launcher, Action Launcher has just released a beta 3 version of Action Launcher 2.1 which fixes unread count functionality bug in the beta 2 release. Aprt from the unread count bug, the latest beta also fixes issues related to Shutter/Cover badge counts and now they update correctly along with not displaying any badge count of 0.
Fixes from beta 2 include:
- BUG FIX: Fix issue preventing Action Launcher connecting with Unread Count preventing badges from working.
- BUG FIX: Shutter/Cover badge counts update correctly.
- BUG FIX: Don’t display a badge count of 0.
Both apps i.e Action Launcher and unread counts are rolling out globally now via the Play Store and will be available shortly.
