Nova Launcher has been updated to add support for the “Ok Google” Hotword.
This feature is only available on devices which support Google Now and are running on Android Jellybean.
How to enable the “Ok Google” hotword in Nova Launcher:
- Navigate to the Nova Settings
- Scroll down until you see the “Ok Google” option, and tap on it.
- Tap on the first option to enable the hotword.
- Optional: You can tap on the Google Settings button to check if Google Now is enabled.
That’s it. You are done. Just navigate to the homescreen and say “Ok Google”, and Google Now should work directly from Nova Launcher.
