Xiaomi Mi 6 is rumored to launch officially in April – May 2017 though the company is yet to announce any official launch date or any other detail. But thanks to rumor mills, that are churning out new leaks / rumors about Xiaomi Mi 6 with each passing day, we have seen alleged listing of Mi 6 with model No. MCE16 on Chinese 3C certification indicating an imminent official launch.We have also seen alleged retail box of Mi 6 which suggests a display size of 5.15 inch along with Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor powering the device backed by battery of 3200 mAh capacity. It also indicates a 12 MP main rear camera and a 4 MP front shooter.
Today Androidpure has spotted (1, 2) a new leak on the web, which comes in the form of camera samples taken allegedly from Xiaomi Mi 6. Even though the sample images doesn’t show any EXIF data, yet the camera shots are marked with “Shot with MI 6” and “5X Optical Zoom” which suggests that Xiaomi Mi 6 may come with an optical zoom feature with its main camera.
The images also comes marked with two circles overlapping each other, which indicates a dual camera setup on Mi 6 and we can take this camera sample as confirmation of dual camera setup, provided the image isn’t fake.
