Mi India has begun teasing about a new launch scheduled for tomorrow.
The company posted the above image on Facebook, which shows matchsticks to form the number 16.
And the image is accompanied by a message which reads “Move 4 to double”, which is a hint for moving 4 matchsticks to change the number to 32.
NDTV reports that this teaser is related to the Xiaomi Mi4i, as it is the only phone which has just a 16GB variant. Though the phone has been well received by users and critics, it has been severely criticized for the lack of an expanded memory.
And this appears to be the reason, why Xiaomi is planning to launch the Mi4i 32GB. The Xiaomi Mi4i 16GB retails for Rs. 12,999, but we are not sure about the price of the higher storage variant.
The 32 GB Mi4i will be launched on July 22nd, which also marks the 1sy anniversary of Xiaomi’s presence in India.
