Along with the launch of Mi 3 in India, Xiamo also announced a phablet device i.e Xiaomi Redmi Note priced at Rs 9999 for Indian consumers to be available exclusively on Flipkart portal. Redmi Note sports a 5.5-inch 720p HD IPS display with a resolution of 1280x720pixels and is powered by 1.7GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6592 Processor with Mali-450 GPU supported by 2 GB of RAM. The device is powered by Android 4.3 Jelly Bean optimized with MIUI version 5.
In terms of camera, it comes with both primary & secondary camera i.e a 13MP rear camera with f2.2, LED flash and another 5MP front camera. In terms of storage, it comes with 8 GB of internal storage along with support for Micro SD card.
Redmi Note is powered by a big battery of 3100 mAh giving 14 hours of 3G internet time or 38 hours of 2G internet use or 60 hours of music playback time.
