Vivo has announced the official launch date of Vivo U10 which is set for September 24. The Vivo U10 official launch date is updated on the Amazon India landing page, though no further details about hardware specifications are offered.

[Original Story]

According to a press note sent by the company, the U10 is the first device of a new online-focused series that will be sold on Amazon.in. These will be budget phones, unlike the Z-series devices.

Vivo U10

An Amazon teaser page for Vivo U10 gives us an idea of the phone’s design. The phone has a display with a water-drop notch to house the selfie camera. Sadly it also has a very noticeable chin, which isn’t found on the Z-series phones. The U10 has a 3.5mm headphone jack, that’s always a plus.

The U10 may have a good camera according to one of the teaser posters.

Vivo U10

The Vivo U10 will focus on 4 things: Battery, Powerful Performance, Processor and Fast Charging. The press note confirms that the phone will ship with a fast charger in the box, and will have a long-lasting battery.

Vivo U10

It also says that the Vivo U10 will be powered by a best-in-class processor, and the Amazon landing page reveals this to be a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset. Considering that this is a budget phone we can expect the Vivo U10 to be powered by a 400 or 600 series processor.
