Vivo iQOO U1x with 5000 mAh battery, triple cameras announced in China

Vivo has announced a new mid-range phone in its IQOO range of devices. This is the Vivo iQOO U1x.

The handset runs on iQOO UI 1.0 based on Android 10, and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 octa-core processor with 4GB/6GB of RAM. It comes in 64GB/128GB storage models which use a UFS 2.1 chip. The Vivo iQOO U1x sports a 6.51-inches HD+ LCD display with a water-drop notch for the 8MP selfie camera with an f/1.8 aperture.

The phone has triple cameras on the back, comprising a 13MP main sensor with an f/2.2 aperture, a 2MP depth sensor that has an f/2.4 aperture, a 2MP macro lens that supports 4cm focus, has a f/2.4 aperture and an LED Flash.

The Vivo iQOO U1X is backed by a 5000mAh that charges over a micro USB port and supports 18W fast charging. The device has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

The Vivo iQOO U1x price in China starts at RMB 899 for the 4GB/64GB variant (about Rs.10,000), while the 6GB/64GB model costs RMB 999 (around Rs. 11,000). The top end version with 6GB/128GB carries a price tag of RMB 1199 (about Rs.13,000). The device will be available in 2 colours: Secret Black and Morning Frost.
