Samsung Galaxy Note8 with Infinity display, Dual Cameras launched in India for Rs. 67,900

Note8 was officially announced globally just a few weeks back in August and Samsung has just launched their flagship device Samsung Galaxy Note8 for Indian smartphone market. Samsung will also introduce Bixby Voice capabilities with ‘Make for India’ innovations in its intelligent interface Bixby in next few weeks.

Samsung Galaxy Note8 sports a 6.3-inch Quad HD+ Super AMOLED 18.5:9 Infinity display with 2960 × 1440 pixels resolution, powered by 10nm octa-core Samsung Exynos 8895 processor along with 6GB of LPDDR4 RAM. It comes with 64GB internal storage along with support for expandable storage up to 256GB with microSD card and runs on Android 7.1.1 (Nougat) based operating system.

Galaxy Note8 features a 12MP Dual Pixel rear camera with LED Flash, f/1.7 aperture, wide-angle lens and another secondary 12MP camera with telephoto lens, f2.4 aperture, 2x optical zoom. Both the camera sensors come with optical Image stabilisation OIS. On the front, it comes with an 8MP auto-focus front-shooter with the f/1.7 aperture having the wide-angle lens. It features Hybrid Dual SIM and comes with water and dust resistance (IP68).

Galaxy Note8 is backed by a 3300mAh battery along with fast charging support, both on wired and wireless (WPC and PMA) connection.

Galaxy Note8 is priced at Rs. 67,900 and will be available starting September 21, 2017, in Midnight Black and Maple Gold colour options. It will be available for pre-booking from September 12, 2017, at selected retail stores and also online exclusively on Samsung Shop & Amazon.in.

Consumers will also get Double Data offer on Jio, under which they can get up to 448 GB  of extra 4G data over 8 months. Also, the consumers who purchase Note8 using an HDFC Credit Card will get a cashback of INR 4,000.
