Realme has announced its flagship phone called the Realme GT 5G, in China. The device will be launched in other regions soon. Here’s what the phone boasts in terms of tech specs.
The device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G processor with an Adreno 660 GPU, 8GB/12GB of LPDDR5 RAM. It has 128GB/256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The Realme GT 5G is equipped with a 6.43-inch Super AMOLED Full HD+ display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels, 91.7% screen-to-body ratio, 120Hz refresh rate, 100% DCI-P3 Color Gamut, and 98% NTSC Color Gamut. The phone runs on Realme 2.0 UI based on Android 11.
The Realme GT 5G has a 16MP punch-hole selfie camera with an f/2.5 aperture, 78° FOV. In the main camera department, the phone has triple cameras with a 64MP Sony IMX682 primary lens, an 78.6° FOV, an f/1.8 aperture, an 8MP 119° ultra-wide angle lens with an f/2.3 aperture, a 2MP macro lens with an 88.8° FOV, an f/2.4 aperture and an LED Flash. It is backed by a 4,500mAh battery that charges over a USB Type-C port, supports 65W Fast Charging, and is capable of fully charging the device in just 35 minutes.

The Realme GT 5G price in China starts at RMB 2,799 (about Rs. 31,000) for the 8GB/128GB version, while the 12GB/256GB model costs RMB 3,299 (about Rs. 37,000). The device will be available for purchase from March 10th, and comes in 3 colours: Racing Yellow with a Vegan Leather stripe, Blue, and Silver.
