OnePlus says it has fixed a problem which caused notifications to be silenced when the media volume was muted. The update also resolved issues with freeform windows. The Notes app should no longer have an issue synchronizing new notes with the Shelf.

The picture preview in the Gallery app has been optimized, and should be smoother. The Camera app’s stability and shooting has been improved. An issue related to Nightscape mode images being abnormal has also been fixed.

The OxygenOS Update for OnePlus 9R brings the May Security patch to the phone. The release notes also mentions that some general issues were fixed along with some improvements for the system stability, thought it doesn’t go in to the details about these.

If you haven’t received the OxygenOS Update for OnePlus 9R yet, wait for a few days for it to reach you, or go to the Settings to check manually if the OTA is available.

OnePlus had released the OxygenOS for the OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro last week, with the May Security Patch and some fixes.
