iQOO 9T 5G with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, 120W charging launched in India

The iQOO 9T 5G has been launched in India. The flagship smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor.

The phone has a 5-layer cooling system with a Vapour Chamber, an Adreno 730 GPU, a V1+ Chip (Intelligent Display Chip) that helps deliver smooth frame rates in games. The iQOO 9T 5G runs on FuntouchOS 12 based on Android 12, has 8GB/12GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and 128GB/256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

iQOO has equipped a 6.78-inches E5 AMOLED display on the 9T 5G. The panel supports a screen resolution 2400 x 1080 pixels Full HD+, 120Hz Refresh Rate, HDR 10+, 1500nits Peak Brightness, 8000000:1 Contrast Ratio, and 360Hz Touch Sampling Rate. The selfie lens on the phone is a 16MP front camera with an f/2.45 aperture.

Connectivity-wise the mobile supports Dual SIM cards, Dual Standby, 5G n1/n3/n5/n8/n28/n40/n41/n77/n78, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, BEIDOU, GALILEO, GLONASS,  and QZSS. The phone has Dual Stereo Speakers, a 4700mAh battery that supports 120W Fast Charging via a USB Type-C port. It can top up the phone up to 50% charge in 8 minutes, and fully charge it in 20 minutes.

The main camera array on the rear panel consists of triple lenses with a 50 megapixels GN5 sensor with an f/1.88 aperture, and supports Optical Image Stabilization, it is assisted by a13MP Ultra Wide Angle lens with an f/2.2 sensor, a  12MP Portrait/Telephoto Lens with an f/1.98 aperture and an LED Flash. Sensors on the phone include an In-Display Fingerprint Scanner, an Accelerometer, an Ambient light sensor, a Proximity Sensor, an E-compass, and a Gyroscope.

iQOO 9T 5G price in India

iQOO has priced the 9T 5G starting at Rs. 49,999 in India, for the 8GB/128GB model, while the 12GB/256GB variant costs Rs. 54,999.  The handset comes in 2 colours: Alpha and Legend. The mobile is available for purchase on iQOO.com now, and will also be available on Amazon from August 4th.

The company is offering buyers an instant discount of Rs. 4,000, which can be availed by purchasing the phone with an ICICI Bank Debit Card, Credit Card or EMI transaction.
