Honor 8X set to officially launch in India on October 16

Honor officially launched two new mid-range smartphones in China i.e. Honor 8X and Honor 8X Max last month with Honor 8X being more powerful in terms of hardware specifications but with a smaller screen and battery, while 8X Max is less powerful but features bigger display and battery. It appears that the company is unveiling these devices in other countries such as Dubai, Spain, Malaysia, Russia, Thailand and India. The landing page on the company reveals the launch date for Honor 8X is set on October 16, though we are yet to receive any media invites for the same.

Honor 8X features a small iPhone X kind of notch and comes in two variants of RAM i.e. 4GB and 6GB while the storage options 64GB & 128GB in China. AT the moment, we are not sure if the company will announce all the variants for India too, but you can safely assume at least two RAM variants of 4GB and 6GB RAM. It features a dual camera module at the rear with 20MP primary camera with LED flash, f/1.8 + 2MP secondary camera, 480 fps slow-mo recording and another 16MP front-snapper with f/2.0 for selfies & video calls.
