Rumor mills around Asus Zenfone 4 series have slowly started to gain steam and today we have the first look at real images of the device along with basic hardware specifications. The real images of Asus Zenfone 4 have leaked which show the upcoming flagship device both from the front and rear. The images show Zenfone 4 Pro inside a casing with a dual camera module with 2X zoom & LED flash is visible at the rear. The dual camera module is aligned horizontally and placed at the top corner of the rear panel on the left side.
On the front, we can see the oblong Home button at the bottom with thick bezels at top and bottom. The bezels at the two sides are almost negligible.
One of the images clearly show that the model number of the phone is Z01GS which is similar to the Zenfone 4 Pro model number of Z01GD that we earlier reported and can be treated as one of the variants of Zenfone 4 Pro for a different market.
The leak suggests that Asus Zenfone 4 Pro is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor along with 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. The phone runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat based operating system. These leaked images doesn’t reveal anything about the camera resolutions of either the front camera or the dual camera module at rear.
Asus is already teasing Zenfone 4 through its social media channels confirming the Dual Camera module indicating an imminent launch, though the company is yet to announce an official launch date. Some reports though suggest that Asus Zenfone 4 series may be unveiled at an event in Taiwan on August 17, 2017.
Based on rumors till date, Asus is rumored to unveil at least five Models in Zenfone 4 series that may be unveiled one by one or at the same time, out of which we have already seen the Zenfone 4 Max being unveiled officially in Russia some time back. The other four models left to be unveiled are:
- ZenFone 4 – ZE554KL
- ZenFone 4 Pro – Z01GD
- ZenFone 4 Selfie – Z01M
- ZenFone 4V V – 520KL/A006
