Asus India has started sending media invites for Z3nvolution i.e ZenFone 3 India launch event, scheduled for August 17 to be held in New Delhi. The event even though avoids mentioning Zenfone 3 smartphones, we can safely assume that it is for the Zenfone 3 series smartphones launch thanks to the name “Z3nvolution” of the event which clearly shows Z3.
Asus has launched Zenfone 3, Zenfone 3 Deluxe and Zenfone 3 Ultra launched at during the Computex 2016 show few months back and after that we have seen the Snapdragon 821-based Deluxe variant followed by Laser & Max variant.
ZenFone 3 (ZE552KL) sports 5.5-inch full-HD Super IPS LCD display powered by Snapdragon 625 processor, 3 GB / 4 GB RAM, 32 GB /64 GB internal storage, microSD card support (up to 128 GB), a 16 MP rear camera, 8 MP front-shooter, USB Type-C port and 3000 mAh battery. It is priced $249 (~Rs. 17,000).
ZenFone 3 Deluxe (ZS570KL) sports 5.7-inch full-HD Super AMOLED display powered by Snapdragon 820, 6 GB RAM, 64 GB internal storage, microSD card expansion (up to 256 GB), a 23 MP main rear camera, an 8 MP front-shooter and a 3000 mAh battery. It is priced $499 (~ Rs. 34,000). The Snapdragon 821 variant launched in July.
ZenFone 3 Ultra (ZU680KL) sports 6.8-inch full-HD IPS LCD display, powered by Snapdragon 625, 4 GB of RAM, 64 GB internal storage, microSD card support (up to 128 GB), a 23 MP main rear camera, an 8 MP front shooter, and 4600 mAh battery. It is priced at priced at $479 (~Rs. 32,600).
At the moment, we have no information or clue on the pricing of these models or even not sure of the Zenfone 3 Models that will be launched in India during the August 17 event. Stay tuned at Androidpure and we will keep you updated.
