Redmi Note 13 series launched in China

Xiaomi has announced the Redmi Note 13 series in China. Here is everything you need to know about the Note 13, Note 13 Pro and Note 13 Pro+.

Redmi Note 13 5G

The basic model in the Note 13 series is equipped with a 6.67-inches Full HD+ AMOLED screen. It supports a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels, 12 bit, 1000 nits brightness, and has a 120Hz refresh rate. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.

The Redmi Note 13 5G runs on MIUI 14 based on Android 13, and is powered by a 2.4 GHz octa-core Mediatek Dimensity 6080 processor, with an ARM Mali-G57 MC2, 6 GB / 8 GB / 12 GB of RAM, and 128 GB / 256 GB of storage. The primary camera array on the rear panel consists of two lenses, with a 100 megapixels main sensor that has an f/1.7 aperture, and a 2 MP Depth sensor, along with an LED flash. The cameras support 1080p video recording @ 30 fps. The selife lens on the device is a 16 megapixels snapper that supports 1080p video recording @ 30 fps.

Redmi has packed a 5000 mAh battery in the Note 13 5G, and it supports 33W fast charging via a USB Type-C port. The smartphone supports 5G and 4G LTE mobile networks, Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, dual-band 2.4 GHz / 5 GHz, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BeiDou. The device measures 161.15 x 75 x 7.6 mm, and weighs 173.5g. It has an accelerometer, a gyroscope, an electronic compass, a proximity sensor, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G

The Redmi Note 13 Pro sports a 6.67-inches AMOLED 1.5K display with a resolution of 2712 x 1220 pixels. It supports 1800 nits brightness, has a 5,000,000: 1 contrast ratio, 120Hz refresh rate 2160Hz touch sampling rate, 1920Hz High frequency PWM dimming, and DCI-P3 100%. The screen is home to an In-display Fingerprint Scanner, and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. The smartphone runs on MIUI 14 based on Android 13, and is powered by Qualcomm’s newest mid-range processor, the Snapdragon 7s. The octa-core SoC is clocked at 2.40 GHz, and is assisted by an Adreno 710 GPU, with 8 GB / 12 GB / 16 GB of RAM, and 128 GB / 256 GB / 512 GB of storage.

The front camera on the Redmi Note 13 Pro is a 16 megapixels snapper with an f/2.2 aperture, and can record 720p HD videos at 30 fps. The device has a triple camera array on the rear panel, which consists of a 200 megapixels Samsung HP3 sensor with an f/1.65 aperture, an 8 megapixels Ultra-wide Angle lens, a 2 megapixels Macro sensor, with an LED flash. The cameras support recording Full HD 1080p videos at 60 frames per second.

The Note 13 Pro is backed by a 5,100 mAh battery and supports 67W fast charging via a USB Type-C connector. The phone weighs 187g, and measures 161.15 x 74.24 x 7.98mm. The Redmi Note 13 Pro+ is powered by a 2.80 GHz octa-core Mediatek Dimensity 7200 Ultra processor, with an ARM Mali-G610 MC4 GPU, 12 GB / 16 GB of RAM, and 256 GB / 512 GB of UFS 3.1. The phone’s display, and cameras, are identical to those on the Pro model. The Note 13 Pro Plus packs a 5000 mAh battery, which charges via a USB-C port, and supports 120W fast wired charging.
