Realme C21Y launched in India
The Realme C21Y has just been announced in India. The device is very similar to the Realme C21 that was launched in April this year.
Realme C21Y Display, Operating System
The C21Y sports a 6.5-inches IPS LCD panel with a HD+ screen resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels, a 20:9 aspect ratio, has a 89.5% screen-to-body ratio, and supports 400 nits brightness. Shockingly, the Realme C21Y runs on a two year old operating system, i.e. Android 10 with Realme UI.
Realme C21Y Processor, RAM and Storage
The chipset on the Realme C21Y is a Unisoc T610 octa-core processor. The 12nm process octa-core CPU is clocked at 1.8GHz with dual-core A75 and six-core A55 clusters. The graphics are handled by a Mali-G52 GPU.
The phone comes in two options: 3GB LPDDR4x RAM with 32GB on-board storage, and 4GB RAM with 64GB storage. Both variants have a triple card tray which supports Dual SIM cards and a dedicated microSD card slot.
Realme C21Y Cameras
The triple camera array on the Realme C21Y comprises a 13MP f/2.2 aperture lens, with PDAF, 4x digital zoom, a 2MP B&W sensor with an f/2.4 aperture, a 2MP Macro sensor with an f/2.4 aperture, 4cm FF and an LED Flash. The selfie camera on the phone’s 5MP, f/2.2 aperture

The Realme C21Y packs a 5,000 mAh battery that charges over a microUSB port, and supports reverse charging. The phone supports Dual nano-SIM card, 4G LTE mobile networks, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS/AGPS/Beidou/Glonass, and has a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The device has a Magnetic induction sensor, Light sensor, Proximity sensor, Acceleration sensor, and a rear placed fingerprint reader.

Realme C21Y price in India
The Realme C21Y price in India starts at Rs. 8,999 for the 3GB/32GB version, while the 4GB/64GB variant carries a price tag of Rs. 9,999. The device goes on sale at 12PM on August 20th at Flipkart and Realme.com.
The phone will be available in 2 colourways: Cross Blue and Cross Black.
