iQOO is set to officially launch iQOO 3 flagship smartphone in India on February 25. Initially, iQOO 3 was supposed to be the first 5G smartphone to launch in India, but Realme scheduled Realme X50 Pro launch in India for a day earlier i.e. on Feb 24 claiming it to be the first 5G device in India. Ahead of the official launch, press renders of iQOO 3 has surfaced confirming the rear Quad camera design and its primary sensor details.

iQOO 3 Camera and Design?

These press renders show the Quad camera module on the rear panel shows the camera array housed in a large bump in the top left corner. There is no conventional fingerprint sensor confirming an in-display fingerprint sensor on the front. Out of four sensors, three of these are aligned vertically together with an LED Flash while the fourth sensor is placed towards the right with the tagline of “Portrait System” next to it confirming it as a depth sensor.

The Quad camera module branding reads 48MP 1:1.8-2.5/16-50mm ASPH which means that the iQOO 3 comes with a 48MP primary camera sensor along with support for variable aperture from a range of f/1.8 to f/2.5, and the focal length of the lens will be 16 to 50mm. Coming to the front, there appears to be a punch-hole camera on the right top side but we are not sure about the sensor details at the moment.

iQOO 3 Specs?

The company has officially confirmed that the flagship device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor along with 12GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. The iQ00 3  flagship device clocks a benchmark score of 597,583 points on AnTuTu making it one of the top devices in terms of performance. It is equipped with a Full HD+ display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels and it is backed by a 4440mAh battery along with support for 55W fast charging.

iQOO 3 5G and 4G Variant?

Apart from these confirmed specs, Gagan Arora who is the Director-iQOO has confirmed that the phone will come in two variants in India i.e. 4G variant and 5G Variant. He has also confirmed that both the variants are powered by Snapdragon 865, which is interesting considering the fact that Snapdragon 865 is a 5G only SOC.

It's the latest only. iQOO 3 will in 2 variants -4G and 5G and you have received the 4G variant. By the way, both variants have Snapdragon 865!
