There is no surprise really, because it is a gaming phone. The Black Shark 2 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor. The graphics will be handled by an Adreno 640 GPU.

While the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 AnTuTu benchmark shows that the phone has 8GB of RAM, we have seen Geekbench listings, which revealed 12GB of RAM. This has been confirmed by the article on AnTuTu’s blog. The device comes with 128GB of storage, which is the starter variant, while the higher end variant has 256GB of internal storage.

The listing indicates that the device has the codename Blackshark Skywalker. The phone will be equipped with a Full HD+ display which supports a screen resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels. It runs on Android 9 Pie with MIUI 10

The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 AnTuTu benchmark score was 359,973 points, which should put it at the top of the most powerful Android phone rankings on AnTuTu, a record which is currently held by the Xiaomi Mi 9.
