ZTE has just announced a event at Mobile World congress MWC2017 in Barcelona between February 27 to March 2 date to showcase their number of R & D results including 5G, cloud services, networking & terminal equipment and many other 5G Highlights, but the most interesting part for us is, their announcement related to Smartphones section. The MWC teaser talks about their Mobile / smartphone section announcement which talk about ZTE AXON 7 series and Blade V8 devices followed by a curious third point which talks about “World’s first groundbreaking concept mobile phone”.
ZTE has provided nothing more than the tagline of “World’s first groundbreaking concept mobile phone” and even we do not have any clue on what they are going to announce. It seems that the company is working on some Concept smartphone similar to Xiaomi MI Mix which is a borderless / edge-less smartphone at the top. Looking at Xiaomi Mi Mix, it sports a 6.4″ borderless display with 91.3% screen-to-body ratio with no bezels at top, powered by 2.35 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor with 4 GB / 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB/256 GB storage running MIUI 8 operating system based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
