Xiaomi has announced the launch date of its custom Android version, MIUI 7.
The company will be unveiling the new operating system’s Chinese ROM in its home-ground, on August 13th.
And about a week later, MIUI 7 Global ROM will be launched in India, on August 19th. Xiaomi’s Vice President, Hugo Barra will announce the latest iteration of MIUI, at an event scheduled to be held in New Delhi.
It is likely that the MIUI 7 based ROMs will be rolled out soon for the company’s flagship device: the Xiaomi Mi 4, as well as the budget friendly Xiaomi Mi 4i.
