Huawei Honor 7 launched: 5.2-inch 1080p display, 20 MP camera, fingerprint sensor

Huawei has just launched three variants of Honor 7 with fingerprint sensor as we reported earlier. The three variants of Honor 7 differ in terms of storage and connectivity options. The entry model comes with 16GB and 4G LTE where as the second variant is a dual-SIM dual-standby 4G LTE one and the third variant comes with 64GB of internal storage.

Huawei Honor 7 sports a 5.2-inch multi-touch 1080p display and powered by Octa-Core Huawei Kirin 935 processor (4xA53 2.2GHz + 4xA53 1.5GHz) with Mali-T628 MP4 GPU supported by 3GB RAM. In terms of storage it comes with at least 16 GB (other variant comes with 64 GB) of internal memory along with support for expandable memory up to 128GB via microSD cards.

Honor 7 runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop with Huawei Emotion UI 3.1 on top of it.

In terms of camera it comes with a 20MP camera with Sony IMX230 sensor, f/2.0 aperture, 6P lenses and dual-tone LED flash along with a 8MP front-facing camera, f/2.0 aperture, BSI Sensor with LED flash.

The device is powered by a 3100 mAh battery.

Honor 7 is priced at Yuan 1999 ($320) in china for the entry-level variant with 16GB and 4G LTE. We do not have any information on its global rollout yet.
