LG confirms LG G Pro 2 is coming in February

LG Electronics has confirmed that the successor of LG G Pro is coming officially next month i.e February under the product name of “LG G Pro 2”. At the moment, the existing G Pro was the first over sized or phablet model launched by LG Electronics under the “Optimus” name at previous year Mobile World Congress. LG G Pro features a 5.5-inch IPS 1080p display.

lg-optimus-g-proAs Mobile World Congress will also takes place in next month only i.e Feb. 24-27 in Barcelona Spain, we can expect the unveiling of LG G Pro 2 to be done at WMC only.

We are yet to hear anything about the G Pro 2 hardware specifications. But rumors suggests that G Pro 2  may come with a 6-inch 1080p display and powered by Snapdragon 800 processor, with 3GB RAM running Android 4.4 “Kit Kat” as operating system on top of it.

We will keep you updated as and when we hear more about it.
