OnePlus 3 official launch date is yet to be announced, but we now have full details of technical specifications of the next flagship of OnePlus, thanks to the official listing on Chinese certification portal TENAA. TENAA has listed the smartphone as ONEPLUS A3000 which matches with the model numbers of earlier leaks (1,2,3). Oneplus 3 is expected to be launched on June 14 as per latest leak.
As per the listing, OnePlus 3 sports a 5.5 inch Full HD AMOLED display with 1920 x 1080 resolution and is powered by 2.15 GHz Quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor and 4 GB of RAM. It comes with 64 GB of internal storage and runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow based operating system. The listing says it does not support expandable storage via microsd card.
In terms of camera, the listing reveals that it comes with 16 MP main rear camera and a 8 MP front shooter. The listing talks about support for full HD video capture, but there is no mention of 4K video capture support.
In terms of battery, Oneplus 3 is backed by a battery of 3000 mAh capacity. It measures 152.6 × 74.6 × 7.3(mm) which means it is 7.3 mm thick and weighs 160 grams.
OnePlus 3 will be available in Light gray, black and gold colors. There is no mention of a fingerprint scanner, but the home button should be housing one, making it similar to the OnePlus 2.
