Few days back we reported that Vivo next flagship Xplay5 smartphone will be launched on 1st March 2016 in Beijing China. Now, Vivo has confirmed that Xplay5 will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 and 6 GB of RAM.

VIVO Xplay5 6GB RAM

There were rumors about  6GB of RAm powering the device, though an Antutu listing showed 4 GB RAM. By confirming 6 GB of RAM, Vivo Xplay5 will become the first smartphone that comes with 6 GB of RAM. Till then we have only seen smartphones having 4 GB of RAM. It is expected to feature a 5.5 inch QHD display and sport a 16 MP rear & 8 MP front shooters.

VIvo did talked about Xplay5 as  fast smrtphone with border-less display which point to almost bezel-less display and by confirming the 6 GB of RAM, we now know what they meant by “Fast”.

We will keep updating you as and when we hear more about it. Stay tuned.
