Here is a recap of the device’s tech specs. The Galaxy Note 9 is equipped with a 6.4-inch Quad HD+ Super AMOLED display in the 19:9 aspect ratio and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass.

The device runs on Android Oreo 8.1, and supports note taking features with the traditional S Pen. And yes, the S Pen is Bluetooth enabled this time. The Note 9 is powered by Samsung’s Exynos 9810 processor (Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 in the U.S) and will be available in two variants.
