The Samsung Galaxy A8s is official. The World’s first phone with an in-display selfie camera has been announced in China.

The design of the device matches the one we saw in previous leaks. The Galaxy A8s sports a 6.4-inch Full HD+ Infinity-O display in a notch less design, with 2.5D curved glass and a 19:5:9 aspect ratio. The phone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo, and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor with 6GB/8GB of RAM.

The Samsung Galaxy A8s has 128GB of storage and has a microSD card slot, which supports up to 512GB of expandable memory. The phone is backed by a 3,400 mAh battery which supports fast charging over USB-Type C. The Galaxy A8s has a rear-placed fingerprint scanner.

The selfie lens, aka the in-display camera of the Galaxy A8s is a 24MP sensor with an f/2.0 aperture. Samsung has equipped 3 cameras on the back of the Galaxy A8s, with a 24MP primary camera with an f/1.7 aperture, a 10MP telephoto lens with an f/2.4 aperture, and a 5MP depth sensor with an f/2.2 aperture and an LED Flash.
