Samsung Starts Selling Refurbished Galaxy S26 Phones in India

Samsung has added this year’s Galaxy S26 flagships to its Certified Re-Newed programme in India, so you can buy a refurbished S26 or S26 Ultra from Samsung itself instead of gambling on a marketplace listing.

Certified Re-Newed is Samsung’s official refurb channel: devices are inspected, faulty parts swapped for genuine ones, batteries checked, data wiped, and the phone is sold with a 1-year warranty. Samsung’s India CRN page still describes that process. The new part is the S26 generation showing up in the mix.

India prices

According to SamMobile, these are the Certified Re-Newed starting prices on Samsung’s India site and Shop app:

  • Galaxy S26 256GB — ₹74,799
  • Galaxy S26 512GB — ₹91,799
  • Galaxy S26 Ultra 256GB — ₹1,18,999
  • Galaxy S26 Ultra 512GB — ₹1,35,999

Fone Arena independently reported the same India expansion. We could not pull those SKU prices from Samsung’s CRN catalogue HTML (the product grid is JavaScript-loaded), so treat the rupee figures as reported by those outlets until you see them on the buy page yourself.

A 1-year Samsung warranty is the actual buyer protection here — not a “like new” slogan. Confirm the battery health grade and what’s in the box on the listing before you pay; CRN units are restored, not new, and stock moves.

UK listings too

GSMArena reports the UK store has already listed Certified Re-Newed Galaxy S26, S26+, and S26 Ultra, including:

  • S26 — £739 (256GB) / £899 (512GB)
  • S26+ — £929 (256GB) / £1,079 (512GB)
  • S26 Ultra — £1,079 (256GB) / £1,239 (512GB) / £1,469 (1TB)

India’s public list, as reported, does not yet include an S26+ CRN SKU. That may be a market split, not a missing leak.

Should you wait for new instead?

If you want the current flagship cameras and seven years of updates without paying launch retail, CRN is the less risky used path because the warranty is Samsung’s. If you want the box-fresh battery and that specific colour, pay new. Do not buy CRN expecting a silent hardware refresh — it is last season’s S26, cleaned up.

Start at Samsung’s Certified Re-Newed store and check the live price on the S26 card before you order.
