Realme has unveiled the Realme 9 Pro series in India. Here are the Realme 9 Pro 5G and the 9 Pro+ 5G.
The Realme 9 Pro 5G sports a 6.6-inches Full HD+ IPS LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 90.8% screen-to-body ratio, and 240Hz Touch sampling rate. It runs on Android 12 with realme UI 3.0, and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G octa-core processor with an Adreno 619, 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage.
The selfie lens on the 9 Pro 5G is a 16 megapixels sensor with a 79.3°, f/2.05 lens. The main camera set up on the rear comprises a 64MP f/1.79, 79° lens, an 8MP 119° Super Wide F/2.2 lens, and a 2MP Macro sensor F/2.4 sensor with an LED Flash. The phone is backed by a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging, over a USB TypeC port. The handset supports 5G, 4G LTE mobile networks, WiFi 5 (802.11b/g/n/a/ac) 2.4GHz/5GHz, Bluetooth 5.1. It weighs 195g, and measures 164.3 x 75.6 x 8.5mm. Realme has packed a side-mounted fingerprint scanner on the phone.

The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5, and is home to an In-display fingerprint Scanner. The phone has a MediaTek Dimension 920 and a Mali-G68 MC4 GPU under the hood, with 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB of UFS 2.2 storage.
The rear camera setup on the 9 Pro+ 5G consists of a 50MP Sony IMX 766 F/1.8 lens, an 8MP ultra-wide angle lens with a 119° FOV, F/2.2, and a 2MP Macro Sensor with an 88.8° FOV, F/2.4 lens. The front camera is a 16 MP snapper with a 78° FOV and a F/2.4 lens. The Realme 9 Pro+ 5G is backed by a 4500mAh battery that supports 60W fast charging, over a USB Type-C connector.
In addition to 5G, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.1, the device also supports Wi-Fi 6 connectivity options. The handset weighs 182g, and sums up to 160.2 x 73.3 x 7.9mm.
Realme 9 Pro series price in India
The Realme 9 Pro price starts at Rs. 17,999 for the 6GB/128GB version, while the 8GB/128GB model costs Rs. 20,999. The device will be available for purchase on February 23rd at 12 Noon on Flipkart and Realme.com.
The Realme 9 Pro+ 5G price starts at Rs. 17,499 for the 6GB/128GB trim, while the 8GB/128GB variant costs Rs. 18,899. The 8GB/256GB model carries a price tag of Rs. 20,299. The device will go on sale at 12 PM on 21st February. Both phones will come in 3 colourways: Midnight Black, Aurora Green, Sunrise Blue
