A Razer Phone 2 press render has been leaked of the device’s launch. And it looks exactly the same as its predecessor. Yay?

Razer Phone 2

The next gen gaming smartphone sports a selfie lens in the top left corner of the front panel along with a large proximity sensor. The rest of the Razer Phone 2’s forehead, and the entire chin comprises of dual front-facing speakers. The phone has a USB Type-C port and antenna lines on the bottom, volume rocker keys on the left edge of the frame. The date on the wallpaper does read October 10th, which is the launch date of the device.

The back panel is where the Razer Phone 2 differs in terms of the design. It has dual cameras which are placed horizontally, either side of an LED Flash. There is a large Razer logo on the back panel, which maybe a sticker or maybe illuminated.

The Razer Phone 2 is rumoured to retain the original device’s display with a 120GHz refresh rate, and will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor with 8GB of RAM, and up to 512GB of storage. The phone is expected to run Android 8.1 Oreo, and backed byt a 4,000mAh battery. The device is also said to be equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
