OnePlus has released the OxygenOS 13 update for OnePlus 8, 9 and 10 series. Here are the phones that are eligible for the software upgrade.
OxygenOS 13 update for OnePlus 8, 9 and 10 series
The update is available for the following devices: the OnePlus 8, OnePlus 8 Pro, OnePlus 8T, OnePlus 9R, OnePlus 9RT, and the OnePlus 10R. The Chinese OEM has patched all these mobile devices to the October Security Patch from Google.
OxygenOS 13 introduces Aquamorphic Design theme colors throughout the operating system, new animations, and various optimizations to improve the performance of the phones. Several users at the OnePlus community forums have reported that they have received the update on their phones. Reference ( 1, 2 and 3)

While the updates for the OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro are available globally, the new firmware for the rest of the devices is only available in India. OnePlus recently updated its phones to support Jio 5G networks in the Country. It also released the Oxygen OS 12 update for the OnePlus 7 and 7T series.
