LG G6 may be unveiled at MWC on Feb 26

LG has started to send out media invites for an upcoming press event on February 26 at Mobile World Congress at Barcelona. The invite is in the form of “Save the date” which usually comes much before the launch event and if followed by a formal invite later on.  The invite comes with a tag line “See More, Play more”  which perhaps indicates a bigger display and better battery life. The invite looks similar to a screenshot from a smartphone with different aspect ratio that we usually see. LG G6 is rumored to come with a 5.7 inch 2K display with an aspect ratio of 18:9.

Apart from the display, LG G6 is expected to get rid of the modular design of LG G5, with a design comprising of combination of metal and glass. It is rumored to keep the 3.5 mm audio jack and waterproof.

At the moment, we do not have more details about the technical specifications of LG G6. Stay tuned at Androidpure and we will keep you updated.
