iQOO has brought its latest 5G smartphone to in India. This is the iQOO Z5 5G.
The phone features a 6.67-inches FullHD+ LCD screen with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels, and supports 120Hz Refresh Rate, DCI-P3 Color Gamut, HDR10. The phone runs on Funtouch OS 12 based on Android 11.
iQOO’s Z5 5G is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G 5G mobile platform, with an GPU Adreno 642L and has a VC liquid cooling system for heat dissipation. The phone has 8GB/12GB LPDDR5 RAM with up to 4GB Extended RAM 2.0, and 128GB/256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. Connectivity-wise, the device supports Dual SIM cards, 5G n77/n78, 4G VoLTE mobile networks, Wi-Fi 2.4GHz/5.1GHz/5.8GHz, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS,GLONASS, and GALILEO.
The triple cameras on the rear consists of a 64 megapixels GW3 sensor with an f/1.79 aperture, autofocus, and is accompanied by an 8MP 120° Wide-angle lens, with an f2.2 aperture, a 2MP macro sensor that has an f2.4 aperture lens, 4cm focus, and an LED Flash. The selfie lens on the phone is a 16MP f/2.45 aperture front camera. The iQOO Z5 5G packs a 5000mAh battery that supports 44W FlashCharge fast charging over a USB Type-C port. The device has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for biometric authentication. The phone has dual speakers for the audio. In terms of dimensions, the Z5 5G measures at 164.7 x 76.68 x 8.49mm, and weighs 193g.

iQOO has priced the z5 5G at Rs. 23,990 for the 8GB/128GB model, while the 12GB/256GB version costs Rs. 26,990. The phone comes in two colourways: Mystic Space and Arctic Dawn. The device goes on sale from October 3rd, and will be available on Amazon India‘s web store.
