If you own a Infocus M680 (Read Review) smartphone, then we have some good news for you. Infocus is rolling out the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update to Infocus M680 smartphone users in India. The announcement is made via their official social media channels on Facebook and twitter. The announcement said:
Sending some excitement your way – The M680 now hosts the latest Android Marshmallow OS! Install the software now and be ahead of the crowd only with InFocus.
Infocus M680 was launched in India in December last year. At the time of launch, M680 came powered with Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system and the company promised a guaranteed upgrade to Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The company has honoured that promised and finally the upgrade is rolling out.
InFocus M680 comes with full metal body & 5.5-inch Full HD IPS display with a pixel density of 401 ppi and powered by 1.5 GHz Octa-Core 64-bit MT6753 MediaTek processor & Mali-T720 MP2 GPU with 2 GB of RAM.
As the upgrade usually rolls out in phases, hence it may take time to reach to all users. You can check for OTA update notification manually by navigating to Settings >> About Phone>> System updates.
