Huawei Y9 2019 with Kirin 710, dual cameras at front and rear launched in India for Rs. 15,990

As expected Huawei has launched Huawei Y9 2019, a new mid-range smartphone for the Indian smartphone market. It comes with a big display, big battery and dual camera modules both at the front & rear.

Huawei Y9 2019 sports a 6.5-inch Full HD+ display with a notch design having 19:5:9 aspect ratio, and is powered by a Huawei HiSilicon Kirin 710 processor that supports GPU Turbo along with 4GB of RAM. It runs on Android 8.1 (Oreo) based operating system with EMUI 8.2 on top. It comes with has 64GB of internal storage and includes expandable storage support via microSD cards.

In terms of camera, it features dual rear cameras consisting of a 13MP + 2MP camera sensor while on the front, you get another dual lens with a 16MP + 2MP camera sensor. The phone is backed by a 4,000 mAh battery. Security wise, the phone has a rear placed fingerprint scanner. It supports Histen 5.0, for surround sound and improved bass frequencies.

The Huawei Y9 2019s priced at Rs. 15,990 and will be available exclusively from Amazon India starting January 15th in colour options of Midnight Black and Sapphire Blue. Launch offers include a free boAt Rockerz Sports Bluetooth headset worth Rs. 2,990.
