Huawei has just sent out Media invites for the Honor View 20 launch event in India on January 29. The official teaser and landing page is already live on Amazon India since last week which confirms that the phone will be exclusively available on Amazon India only. A global launch event is already scheduled for January 22 in Paris and the India launch follows within a week on January 29. Honor View 20 is the global variant of the device that was launched in China as Honor V20.

Just a few hours back, Honor launched Honor V20, their first 48MP AI Camera smartphone with first In-display selfie camera instead of a notch. Honor V20 naming is only for China while the global variant of the phone will be launched globally on January 22 as Honor View 20. It seems that the company is set to announce the new Honor View 20 in India on the same day as of Global launch. Honor View 20 is already listed on Amazon India along with all the details except the price. The listing also confirms that the device will be exclusively available on Amazon India only.

Honor View 20 sports a 6.4-inch FHD+(1080 x 2310 pixels) LCD IPS display with the screen to body ratio of 91.82%. The phone is powered by Huawei Kirin 980 processor along with 6GB / 8GB of RAM. In terms of camera, it features a 48MP rear camera having SonyIMX586 sensor with f/1.8 aperture, AIS along with TOF 3D secondary camera while on the front, there is a 25MP selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture. The phone is backed by 4,000 mAh battery which comes with 22.5W (4.5V/5A) fast charging support. Amazon India lists a 5V/4A charger instead of 4.5V/5A.
