The Honor brand is back in India with a new phone. This is the Honor 90.
The device is equipped with a 6.7 inches curved AMOLED screen with a 120 Hz Refresh rate. The display supports a 1.5K resolution of 2664 x 1200 pixels, has a 93.3% Screen-to-body Ratio, a 19.98:9 Aspect Ratio, and is home to an in-display fingerprint reader. The phone runs on MagicOS 7.1 based on Android 13 out of the box. Since it is not a Huawei phone, the Honor 90 supports the Google Play Store and Google Play Services.
The mobile is powered by a 2.5 GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 Accelerated Edition processor with an Adreno 644 GPU. It has 8 GB / 12 GB of RAM, and 256 GB / 512 GB of storage.
The selfie lens on the phone is a 50 megapixels snapper. The main camera array on the Honor 90 consists of a 200 megapixels primary sensor, a 12 megapixels Ultra Wide and Macro Lens, and a 2MP Depth Sensor. The cameras are capable of 4K video recording at 30 frames per second, and 1080p videos at 60 fps.
Honor has packed a 5000 mAh battery in the phone, and it supports 66W SuperCharge fast charging via a USB Type-C port. The Honor 90 does not have a 3.5mm heaphone jack, and instead relies on the USB Type-C port for Audio.
The smartphone has a Gravity Sensor, Gyroscope, Ambient Light Sensor, Compass, and a virtual proximity sensor. Connectivity options on the device include support for 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, 2×2 MIMO 2.4GHz and 5GHz, Bluetooth 5.2 + LE, NFC, GPS /AGPS/GLONASS/BeiDou and Galileo. The phone measures 161.9 x 74.1 x 7.8 mm and weighs 183g.
