Google Pixel leaked render shows filled in white navbar buttons, new home button, round icons

We are exactly a week away from the launch of the Google Pixel, and you know what that means, the leaks just won’t stop. Here is a leaked press render of the phone, courtesy Evan Blass and Venturebeat.

The photo shows that the Pixel will have filled in white navbar buttons (on screen), as was previously reported. The home button is new as well. It’s now a filled in circle, with an outer circle around it. This somehow reminds me of the Microsoft Cortana icon.

And the Pixel Launcher will reportedly use round icons. These are not the best looking ones, as can be seen from the Gmail icon, which looks quite a bit odd with the white part of its icon blending partially with the round icon background, also white in colour.

There have been rumours floating around, that the Pixel phones, will co-exist with the Nexus lineup. There is no concrete information about this just yet.
