Android 6.0 Marshmallow update for Galaxy Note 5 to be released in March

The Android 6.0 Marshmallow update for the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 will be released in MarchAndroid Marshmallow Update for Samsung Galaxy devices 2016

Samsung has already released the update for the Galaxy S6 Edge and Galaxy S6 this week, and is rolling out the OTA update in many regions already.

The company did not announce the same for its flagship phablet, but Canadian mobile carrier, Telus seems to have spilled the beans on it.

The above chart spills the exact date when the update will be released for the Samsung devices in the North American country. In case you are not able to view the image, here is a table which states the same.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 will get the Marshmallow update on March 9th along with the S6 Edge+, while the Galaxy S6 Edge  ill get the OTA update, a week later, on March 16. The basic flagship phone, the Samsung Galaxy S6 will only get the Android 6.0 Marshmallow firmware update a month later, April 13.

As a bonus, the chart also says that the Marshmallow update for the LG G3 will be launched on March 16th.
