Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow factory images for Nexus devices released, download them now

Earlier today, we reported that Google has released the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OTA update for its Nexus lineup of devices.

If you don’t want to wait or the update to arrive, you can download the factory images for the update and flash them on your supported device.

Here is a list of the devices for which the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow factory images are available

  • Nexus 6P (Angler)
  • Nexus 5X (Bullhead)
  • Nexus 6 (Shamu)
  • Nexus 9 LTE (VolantisG)
  • Nexus 9 Wi-Fi (Volantis)
  • Nexus 5 (Hammerhead)
  • Nexus 7 2013 Mobile (RazorG)
  • Nexus 7 2013 (Razor)
  • Nexus Player (Fugu)

You can download the latest factory image for your Nexus device, from the official website. OTA update inks aren’t available yet, bu we will keep you updated when the links are available.
