Alcatel has just launched an entry-level Android Smartphone Alcatel Pop Star for Indian smartphone consumers at a price of Rs. 6,999. Alcatel Pop Star sports a 5 inch HD display with resolution of 720 x 1080 pixels and is powered by Quad Core 64 bit 1.0 GHz processor with 1 GB RAM. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system.
In terms of storage, it comes with 8 GB internal memory along with support for expandable storage via microsd card up to 32 GB. IT comes with a 8 MP main rear camera and a 5 MP front shooter for selfies. In terms of dimensions, it measures 141 mm x 71.5 mm x 8.6 mm which means that it is 8.6 mm thick.It comes with dual SIM support (Micro Sims).
It is backed by a decent 2000 mAh battery and comes with support for 4G LTE.
