The Fitbit Edge now has leaked prices attached to it. French deal-forum site Dealabs published European and UK figures on October 6, 2026. The leak puts the unannounced Google tracker at €179 in Europe and £159 in the UK. It also carries a full spec sheet, which is the first detailed look at the hardware. None of it is official, and Google has not announced the device.
That fills the two biggest holes left by our earlier Fitbit Edge FCC and retail-listing leak. That story surfaced the product and its name, but had neither pricing nor specs.
What the leaked price signals
€179 puts the Edge well above the Fitbit Air, which sells for €99 in Europe and £85 in the UK. That is close to double, so the Edge is clearly not a replacement for the entry tier. The leaked spec list is where you can see what the extra money is meant to buy.
It also pushes the Edge into territory where full smartwatches compete, which is a harder sell for a tracker-shaped device. Worth holding judgement until Google confirms a price, since dealer-forum figures can move before launch.
Leaked Fitbit Edge specifications
Every item below comes from the Dealabs listing and remains unconfirmed:
- Display — 1.34-inch rectangular AMOLED touchscreen with an always-on mode.
- Software — Fitbit OS with Google Play support, plus AI coaching built with Gemini.
- Battery — up to 7 days of standard use, dropping to about 2 days with always-on enabled.
- Charging — a 5-minute top-up is claimed to deliver 24 hours of runtime.
- Serviceability — a user-replaceable lithium-ion battery, unusual in this category and good news for long-term ownership.
- Sensors — heart rate, SpO2, ECG, and a barometer for altitude.
- Connectivity — GPS and Bluetooth 5.4.
- Tracking — over 40 exercise modes with auto-detection, sleep monitoring, VO2 Max and a cardiac load metric.
- Durability — 5ATM water resistance alongside an IP68 rating.
- Fit — roughly 17.7g, with small and large band sizes.
The replaceable battery is the line that stands out. Most fitness bands are effectively disposable once the cell degrades. A serviceable one changes the arithmetic on a €179 purchase. Treat the claim with the same caution as the rest of the sheet until Google says it.
What is still missing
Release timing remains unconfirmed. Four colorways are reported, said to match the Pixel Watch 5 palette, but that too is leak-sourced. The leak does not include US pricing. The Edge first appeared in an FCC filing in September 2026, and its name was confirmed only days ago. An announcement does not look far off.
