Xiaomi has unveiled the Poco C31 as a Flipkart exclusive phone. The device’s design may look familiar, that is because it is a rebranded version of the Redmi 9 Activ that debuted recently on Amazon.
The Poco C31 sports a 6.53-inches HD+ LCD display with a water-drop notch to house a 5MP f/2.2 selfie lens. The 60Hz screen has a resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels, with a 20:9 Aspect Ratio, 1500:1 contrast ratio, NTSC 70% Colour Gamut, 400 nits brightness, and supports Sunlight display.
The phone features a MediaTek Helio G35 octa-core processor along with a PowerVR8320 GPU. The C31 has 4GB/6GB of LPDDR4x RAM, and 64GB/128GB of eMMC 5.1 on-board storage with a dedicated micoSD card slot. The device runs on Android 11 with MIUI 12.5 on top.
There are two cameras on the C31’s back panel, the primary lens is a 13 megapixels f/2.2 aperture shooter, while the secondary camera is a 2MP depth sensor with an f/2.4 aperture lens, and an LED Flash. The rear panel is also home to a fingerprint reader.
The Poco C31 features a 5000 mAh battery, which charges over a micro-USB port, and supports 10W Charging. The phone measures 164.9 x 77.07 x 9.0mm and weighs 194g. The handset supports Dual SIM Cards for 4G VoLTE mobile networks, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n 2.4GHz, Wi-Fi Direct, GPS/AGPS/GLONASS/BEIDOU, Bluetooth 5.0. It retains the 3.5mm headphone jack.

Poco C31 price in India
Poco has priced the C31 at Rs. 8,499 for the 4GB/64GB model, while the 6GB/128GB version costs 9,499. It comes in 2 colourways: Royal Blue and Shadow Grey
The phone will be available for purchase from October 2nd on Flipkart. Poco is offering a special launch discount of Rs. 500 on both versions of the phone as part of the Big Big Billion Days sale, so you can get the Poco C31 4GB/64GB for Rs. 7,999 and the 6GB/128GB model at Rs. 8,999. In addition to this buyers can avail a 10% instant discount on the price, when using an Axis Bank or an ICICI Bank card.
