Huawei P9 technical specifications and real photos leaked

The Huawei P9’s technical specifications and real photos were leaked today.

The phone which you see above has a 5.2-inch full HD 1080p display. The leak does resemble the one which we reported earlier.

The P9 will be powered by a an in house chipset, the HiSilicon Kirin 950 octa-core processor with 3GB of RAM, and a Mali-T880 GPU. The phone has 32GB of storage and runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow with a 3900mAh battery. The Huawei P9 will feature a USB Type-C connector, and a rear placed fingerprint scanner on the rear. The phone has a dual lens setting for the main cameras, which have 12.0 megapixel sensors.

  • Camera: 12.0 megapixel dual rear cameras
  • Battery: 3900mAh
  • Ports: USB Type-C
  • Sensors: Fingerprint scanner

Interestingly, the Huawei P9 will be avilable in four variants:

P9 flagship
P9 Lite (a cheaper variant)
P9 Max (larger screen variant)
P9 premium variant with Kirin 955 SoC/4GB RAM/64 or 128GB storage

The Huawei P9 is expected to be launched in the second quarter of the year.
