The game is now available for just 6 Rupees in India, which is 80% off of the regular price.
It is also on sale for 0.10 GBP in the UK, and for $0.10 in the US. Do note that the game requires about 550MB to download, and around 1.9GB to install.

The game is actually a few years old, but has superb graphics, and is more than worth its money. You can completely skip the in-app purchases, and earn money by winning races, needs some skilled driving though, but its fun once you get used to the controls.
