Bethesda Studios’ hit mobile game Fallout Shelter, has been updated to version 1.3.
The new update has introduced some new features.
The Vault is now home to four legged friends, yes Pets are here. Yay! Pets are won similar to lunch boxes, and opened the smae way from Pet containers. Each pet has a special ability, and benefits the dweller it is assigned to.
For example, one of my pets is a Dog, which boosts the healing speed of the dweller. You can also assign pets to a dweller in the same way you equip them with clothing or a weapon, and send them to the wasteland for hunting. Pets available in the game include cats and dogs.
Overseers now have the ability to make a dweller pack their bags, thanks to the new evict option. This could be useful in case of lazy, troublesome or unskilled dwellers. You can evict a dweller by dragging them out to the wasteland, and by tapping on the evict button.
One of the most striking aspects of the game is the conversations that dwellers in a same room have. Fallout Shelter 1.3 update adds more lines to these so you’re not bored with the repeated ones.
There is a new sell all option, which you can use to sell your entire storage. No more extra taps to sell all those useless BB guns.
The game also has new objectives for you to complete, and some improvements to managing dwellers. There is a wintery background too, just in time for the holidays.
