Viber for Android has been updated to version 5.6.5, to add in a couple of useful features.
The first major feature is, the ability to send files to your contacts.
Just tap the + button, and hit the “Send File” button, which will allow you to browse for any file on the device, and you can attach them to your message. The recipient will be able to download it directly, similar to the option in WhatsApp.
Viber 5.6.5 now allows you to delete messages even after they have been sent, which can be handy if you send a message to the wrong contact. You can also invite your friend to Viber more easily, with the new share option in the more menu.
