Huawei’s subsidiary brand, Honor, has announced the dates when the Android Lollipop update will be released for its devices, in India.
The phones have been stuck on KitKat ever since they were launched last year.
Well, I suppose the saying ” It is better late than never”, fits appropriately here. The dates for the Android Lollipop update for the Honor devices are given below:
Honor 4c – September 21
Honor 6 – September 29
Honor 6 Plus – September 25
Honor 4x – October 20
Disappointingly, the Honor 4x will be updated to Android Lollipop only in October, which is when Android M is rumoured to make its official debut.
It is unclear what version of Android Lollipop, the Honor devices will be updated to.
