As per leaks and rumors, Xiaomi Mi 5S sports a 5.15 inch display with 3D touch support and is powered by 2.4 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 Processor along with Adreno 530 GPU & 6 GB of RAM.

It comes with 16 MP main rear camera with 4 axis optical image stabilization, 6P lens with PDAF focus.  It comes with NFC support. It measures 144.55 x 69.2 x 7.25 mm and weighs just 147 grams.
