Gionee has announced a new smartphone, called the Marathon M4, in India.
The phone’s primary feature is the massive 5,000 mAh battery, which the company touts will give up to 50 Hrs of talk time and 440 Hrs of standby time.
The Marathon M4 sports a 5.0 inch HD AMOLED display, and is powered by a 1.3 GHZ Quad core 64 bit processor with 2GB of RAM. The phone has 16GB of internal memory, and supports expandable upto 32 GB.
The phone runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop, with Amigo 3.0 UI and also features a specially designed Music player and the company’s Hotknot transfer feature which allows easy transfer of photos and videos.
The Gionee Marathon M4 is a 4G LTE enabled phone which supports Dual 4G SIMs. The phone also supports USB OTG. The Marathon M4 adorns an 8 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5.0 Megapixel front camera.
The Gionee Marathon M4 has been priced at Rs.15,499 in India, and will be available in two colors: White and Black.
