Online file backup and sync service SugarSync have released beta versions of their Android and Desktop Apps. The new version comes with a brand new interface and some additional features.
The biggest addition in the beta version is the inclusion of a new Navigation Side-bar which allows quick access to your folders. You can now create folders on your Android device, add files to it and sync it to your other devices.
They have also added support for third party apps which you can use to open files from your memory card. You can search your SD card for files and folders that you have stored on your account and view them on your phone.
The photos tab has also been improved with additional features. You can view the pictures that you have stored in your account right inside the app, upload new photos and videos to your account and it will generate thumbnails for the content.
The beta version is not available at Google Play, but you can download the app from this link and install it from any file manager on your phone. The beta version will notify you when a new update is available.
Note: SugarSync 2.0 refers to their redesign of their apps and not the actual version number.
